The Polaris P825 cable is tangling in the pool
Cause | Solution |

Cleaner doesn’t want to move, you can see it is on with the bubbling. But it just doesn’t want to move. It’s total clean inside. But I don’t know how to get into the area of the wheels to see if there’s something jammed in there. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I have a P825 that keeps shutting off after 20 seconds with a blinking light once per second when the unit starts under water. Leslie’s Pool said all diagnostics and testing were good on the motor, cord, etc., no debri in impellar or basket, reset to new cycle, did not work, checked and no loose wires for connector plug. Any ideas what else can be causing the unit and control panel to shut off after 20 seconds with a one second blinking light?

The right rubber track keeps coming off. Can I just adjust something on the wheel, or do I need a new set? Just want to add that this is an awesome cleaner and I would recommend it to anyone.

we bought a polaris P825 in 2018, it lasted about 2 years 3 months… and it was stored indoors while not in use for 6 months out of the year. We live in Ct. so the pool is only open about 5 months out of the year… When problems started, At first it would run for about 10 minutes and shut off… I would clean it, make sure there were no bubbles coming from the unit. ect. I brought it to Leslies pool supply where it was purchased new, they tested complete unit, I was told it needed a new control module for about $600.. Found a used P825 that the robot was in tough shape, but control module was good… for $100… it waqs used about three weeks for about 2 hours a day, and now this module is crapped out… Total friggin junk… NEVER BUY A Polaris pool cleaner!
